The charming Villa Alvaro is located in the small and traditional town of Buger, in the centre of Mallorca. In the private garden of the romantic holiday home, you can refresh yourself in the private pool during the hot summer months, sunbathe on the loungers and end the evenings with a dinner together on the terrace.
With an area of over 210 m², the villa offers five bedrooms and has a capacity for 11 people. In the beautiful garden there is a large pool that invites you to swim. The refreshing water can be very inviting, especially in the summer months. There are various seating options on the terrace. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Ecotasa:
- 2.2 EUR per person per day (departure day included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 15 years old).
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Heating: 1.9 EUR per liter.
- - Optional services:
- Arrival out of schedule: 69 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 29 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Crib: 69 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Tourism Registration Number: ETV/2020
