Villa Nagore is a stunning, newly built villa in a highly desirable area near Talamanca, with stunning views of Dalt Vila, the neighbouring island of Formentera and the sparkling turquoise sea. The holiday villa is perfectly located near the charming village of Jesús with its many amenities and is just a short drive from the centre of Ibiza Town with its fabulous attractions. The modern residence, which is spread over three levels, has five superbly appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and two additional guest bathrooms. The interiors are stylish and uncluttered, with elegant monochrome architecture softened by contemporary, colourful décor, artwork and unique sculptures. The ground floor has an impressive entrance area that leads directly into the living room with integrated kitchen and bar, from where you can access an outdoor terrace. On the first floor is another large living room with direct access to another terrace. The pièce de résistance of the house is undoubtedly the master suite, which extends over the entire second floor and has its own large private furnished terrace with outdoor area and spectacular sea views. Outside, Villa Nagore’s expansive pool terrace area features an inviting pool, comfortable lounge furniture, the outdoor dining table with BBQ area, a bespoke bar and relaxing hammocks. From breakfast to dinner under the stars, this is undoubtedly the most idyllic spot to take in the uninterrupted views of the sea and the dazzling lights of Ibiza Town.
