Charming upgraded Fullerton home near shopping and local attractions (5.5 miles to Disney and 6.8 miles to Knott’s Berry Farm).
This lovely designer home, located on the second floor above the garage, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a Cal King bed with an upgraded ensuite, a marble countertop, tile flooring, and a custom shower design. The other bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a children’s room with full-over-full bunk beds. These bedrooms share a beautifully upgraded hallway bathroom. The house features laminate hardwood flooring throughout.
The main floor has an open-concept layout with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, making it perfect for socializing with the family. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining room can seat eight people, and the living room features plenty of seating on the sectional sofa and a queen-sized pull-out bed.
All bedrooms have 47-inch LCD TVs, while the main living room features a 55-inch LCD TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. Strollers, high chairs, booster seats, and pack-n-play are available for infants and toddlers. Guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer located in the garage. Please note that the house does not have a yard or outdoor seating/patio. Wireless high-speed internet is available, and the home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
