The villa is authentic and decorated in a relaxed modern beach feel. We have amazing, elevated views of the Flamingo Salina where there are flamingoes seen 50% of the year. This is a perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy complete privacy and peach and quiet. It has everything you want: pool, swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, two outdoor dining areas, paddle boards, kayaks, an amazing living space to have a family dinner. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 1,100 ft² terrace, barbecue, mini bar, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, paddle tennis court, alarm, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 10 fans, 4 smart flat screen TVs, DVD. In the gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, frying pan, toaster and kettle are provided and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation home including high-end linens, soaps and shampoos, beach towels, beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, snorkel gears, 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. Be sure to enjoy your vacation as well as the beautiful outdoor wet bar and grill with surround sound music poolside. You can even enjoy your food outside in the pool-side gazebo or the outdoor dining table.
