Brand new exceptional Villa Korcula Grandeur is located directly by the sea in a quiet and small village on the south side of Korcula island, but also close to nearby towns of Brna (2km), Blato (13km), Vela Luka (23km) and Korcula (34km).
Villa Korcula Grandeur is spread over a plot of 1000m² with a living area of 500m² and consists of four floors. The villa is a wonderful example of a genius innovative architecture, spacious and airy, with high ceilings and glass walls giving the feeling of freedom and providing breath-taking sea views from every corner of the house.
Surrounded with pine trees and with direct sea access it provides a high degree of privacy and makes you feel in harmony with the environment. Villa Korcula Grandeur has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 6 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and two additional toilettes. Villa Korcula Grandeur is suitable accommodation for 12 persons.
The villa has two spacious indoor living rooms with a gallery, a modern fully equipped Miele kitchen, in and outdoor dining areas for 12 people. Each bedroom has its own balcony - terrace with a fabulous view of the crystal-clear water and Lastovo island.
The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by the natural beauty of Mediterranean greenery with a view of the Adriatic Sea and neighbouring islands. In the yard, there is a private swimming pool which is surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxation with a beautiful unusual panoramic view. In addition to the swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower.
A special feature of the yard is the outdoor dining area to enjoy the delicacies prepared on the outdoor fireplace. In a separate area there is fitness room with a shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and features underfloor heating for winter comfort.
The property come with its own mooring buoy for boats up to a 10 metre RIB. It also has a private pier to drop guests off that is not suitable for mooring.
The entire area is surrounded by hiking and cycling trials. You can enjoy the ride to the nearby islands with stand-up paddles. Jet ski or a boat with a skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing you to experience all the islands and fascinating underwater scenery. Daytrips can also be made to islands Hvar, Mljet, Lastovo and Vis. You can enjoy vine tasting in one of the vineyards Korčula is famous for, visit the lovely old Korčula town and have a gourmet dinner in one of its Michelin stared restaurants.
Korčula island is considered to be one of the world’s top island destinations. On one side with its beautiful beaches, small surrounding islands and dense forests, it offers an incredible scenery.
