Son Grau

Son Grau is a magnificent property for 8 people between Campos, Porreras and Felanitx, in the area of Son Mesquida. The house is surrounded by a terrace and a garden, with extensive views over the countryside. The salt pool measures 8 X 5, with a depth of 180 m and has a built-in staircase to enter comfortably. There is an outdoor shower, 8 hammocks, and a built-in barbecue. The house is newly renovated and is divided into two floors. It is very bright thanks to the glass doors to the porch, terrace and pool. On the ground floor, we find a spacious living room with a sofa and satellite TV, which leads us to the dining room and kitchen area. The living room and dining room have unobstructed views of the porch, the pool and the countryside. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction cooker and dishwasher, as well as a fridge, toaster, two coffee makers, one with melitta and the other with Nespresso capsules, and all the utensils to prepare a tasty dinner during your stay. On the ground floor, we find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a built-in shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. A staircase takes us to the loft on the first floor, where we find another spacious living room with a sofa, a television and access to the terrace with views of the pool and the countryside. On this floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In addition, there is a study room, with a desk and a sofa bed. Upon prior request, it is possible to accommodate two more people here, at an additional cost. Son Grau is equipped with heating throughout the house, for colder days, as well as a glazed fireplace in the dining room. There is air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and in the dining room.
