Amazing Villa located in the area of Sa Punta of Portocolom with capacity for 8 persons.
This white Mediterranean-style Villa with green windows is ideal for families and small groups. We enter the house through the garden and a beautiful staircase takes us inside the house; the living room is very spacious, it has an interior garden with a beautiful dome surrounded by columns; once we cross the interior garden we find the television area with two sofas and an access to the terrace; the dining room has a beautiful glass table and designer chairs; it has a large fully-equipped kitchen with white furniture and wooden floor. From the living room, we access to the right wing of the house in which there is a full bathroom with shower and a double room with a double bed. On the left wing of the house, we find a double room with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a room with a double bed and an office area ideal for work...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
