Welcome! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers enough space to accommodate groups of six. Quick 6 minute drive to the beach. Opting to walk? Enjoy a leisurely 30 minute stroll by foot. By booking you are agreeing to the house rules, condo bylaws and other policies. Please ensure you are familiar with them. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels as we only provide towels for use in the condo. This is a quiet family building. We do not permit gatherings, events or unregistered guests. Respecting our neighbours is of extreme importance. Failure to abide by these guidelines or nuisance of any kind will result in the immediate end of your stay, without refund or warning. We do not allow pets. This is a building wide policy and we can not make exceptions. We’re available 24/7 via the Airbnb App, text or phone.
