The Home
Located in a quiet and familiar condominium close to Saco da Capela and Vila beach, our house has 200m2 and sleeps up to 7 people in 2 suites.
We also have a gourmet balcony and deck with pool to add even more leisure.
- We provide bed linen and bath towels.
- We have a collapsible crib for babies, however, we do not provide bedding for him.
Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a dining room integrated with a full kitchen with utensils needed for the stay, as well as a wood stove. On this same floor, we have a suite with 1 double bed that has a door to the balcony.
Going up a few flights of stairs, you reach a mezzanine where we have a living room with a sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, in addition to another suite with 1 double bed and 1 trellis.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. My Host staff will guide guests through every step.
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - To access the house, it is necessary to climb 50 flights of stairs. Therefore, we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. We also ask for care with children and the elderly.
- - We have a collapsible crib that can be assembled for babies (however, we do not have bedding for him)
- - We provide bed linen and bath towels.

- - A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If none occurs, there will be no extra charges.
