Located in a quiet and familiar condominium close to Saco da Capela and Vila beach, our house has 200m2 and sleeps up to 7 people in 2 suites.
We also have a gourmet balcony and deck with pool to add even more leisure.
- We provide bed linen and bath towels.
- We have a collapsible crib for babies, however, we do not provide bedding for him.
Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a dining room integrated with a full kitchen with utensils needed for the stay, as well as a wood stove. On this same floor, we have a suite with 1 double bed that has a door to the balcony.
Going up a few flights of stairs, you reach a mezzanine where we have a living room with a sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, in addition to another suite with 1 double bed and 1 trellis.
Both have air conditioning.
The outdoor area is accessed through a door from the dining room. It has a barbecue, dining table, space with armchairs and a swimming pool overlooking the sea.
We provide WI-FI for those who need to do a home office on the beach. We have 2 parking spaces.
To access the house, it is necessary to climb about 50 flights of stairs that go from the garage to the entrance through the porch. Therefore, we do not recommend it for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

It is on Saco da Capela beach, which is known for its great infrastructure and calm sea, ideal for children.
In the village, it is possible to find good restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and other family leisure options.
Due to its privileged location, it is possible to do many things on foot, such as going to the beach, strolling through the center or renting a bike to ride the bike path.
