Our chalet is on a shared land called "Forest Chalet" with another chalet and 2 suites. The space is quiet, safe and has a leisure infrastructure with courts, barbecue and playground.

Chalet 1 has a total area of 90 m² and is all made of wood, bringing a very cozy air to the place.

Among the leisure options, Horto Florestal stands out, about 3km away and the Center, about 8km or 15 minutes by car. For the convenience of guests, right at the entrance to the condominium, there is a mini market that sells everything from basic products to wines.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 21:00. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - It is necessary to climb a ladder to access the rooms, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- - The property has in total: 2 chalets and 2 private suites. Therefore, we ask that good coexistence between guests and respect regarding noise be maintained.
- - Garage and garden are part of the common area of the property. Please respect the spaces reserved for each accommodation.
- - There is a fire pit with benches in the common area of the property. Use the space subject to availability.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking allowed only in external areas.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - We do not allow more guests than what is stated in the ad.
- - A security deposit of R$ 800,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
