The Home
Located near Praia de Santa Teresa, our house sleeps up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. We have a swimming pool and portable barbecue.
We are also close to the Ilhabela Yatch Club and a few minutes drive from the village.
- The pool at the house has an infinity edge without guardrails, not suitable for children.
- We provide bed linen, bath and pool towels.
- There are no child protection screens.
Upon entering the house, guests will have access to a full kitchen combined with a dining room that has a table and benches for meals.
Down the stairs from the dining room, we have a living room with sofas, armchairs, Smart TV and a balcony with access to the deck. The deck is large and has a swimming pool, sun loungers, a small garden and a privileged view of the sea.

As we are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north of the island. We are close to the famous center of Ilhabela, with a lot of culture, gastronomy and historical buildings.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - As it has stairs, the house is not accessible and we do not recommend it for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
- - The pool at the house has an infinity edge without guardrails, not suitable for children.
- - A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
