Located near Praia de Santa Teresa, our house sleeps up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. We have a swimming pool and portable barbecue.
We are also close to the Ilhabela Yatch Club and a few minutes drive from the village.
- The pool at the house has an infinity edge without guardrails, not suitable for children.
- We provide bed linen, bath and pool towels.
- There are no child protection screens.
Upon entering the house, guests will have access to a full kitchen combined with a dining room that has a table and benches for meals.
Down the stairs from the dining room, we have a living room with sofas, armchairs, Smart TV and a balcony with access to the deck. The deck is large and has a swimming pool, sun loungers, a small garden and a privileged view of the sea.
Access to the bedrooms is via a hallway from the dining room. In total, there are three bedrooms with hammocks and canal views, including: a double suite with air conditioning, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a simpler support room for a person next to the kitchen.
The house has space for 4 vehicles in 2 garages, one on the level of the house, entering through the kitchen, and another on an upper level that gives access to the house by a small staircase.
The house is in a condominium with 5 other houses. As it is at the top of a slope, it is recommended to use a car to access it. The house has stairs, so we do not recommend it for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
As we are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north of the island. We are close to the famous center of Ilhabela, with a lot of culture, gastronomy and historical buildings.
As it is at the top of a slope, it is recommended to use a car to access the house.
