The Home
Located in a privileged area in Ilhabela, our 600m2 house accommodates up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are suites. It has a gourmet area, garden and swimming pool.
We are close to Santa Teresa Beach and the Yatch Club, being ideal for spending quiet days with the family in Ilhabela.
- It is necessary to hire our housekeeper to help during your stay (amounts aside)
- We provide bed linen, bath and pool towels.
- There are no child protection screens.
When parking in the garage, it is necessary to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the house.
The house can be accessed from the bedroom floor, where we have 3 suites with double beds and 1 double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in front. All with air conditioning.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
- - It is necessary to hire our housekeeper to help during the stay (values apart).
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - No pets allowed
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - There are no child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 3.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
