Located a few minutes from the tourist center of Capivari, Casa Switzerland is the ideal place for those who want to spend peaceful days with their family in Campos do Jordão.
With 400m2, our house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. There is also a gourmet space with a barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove and, in the garden, an area with benches overlooking the mountains.
The entire house has high walls and has a 24-hour security and monitoring system.
There is a resident caretaker at the back of the property and she is allowed to enter the house daily to remove rubbish from the bathrooms and kitchen. If you wish to hire additional housekeeping services, such as: cleaning and cooking, please align with our team before arrival, as these services must be contracted in advance (prices aside).
On the property live 2 dogs - one large and the other medium - of the owner who are taken care of by the housekeeper. When the house is rented, the dogs are kept in the laundry room next to the housekeeper’s house. They are docile, but eventually need to be released to relieve themselves. The housekeeper agrees with the guest when to release them, so that there is no inconvenience.
We provide bed linen, bath towels, blankets and blankets.
There are stairs in the house, so it is not recommended for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
Upon entering through the main door, guests will find a large living room with TV, fireplace, as well as several armchairs and sofas. Going up the stairs to the living room, there is a reading room, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay, a dining room with table and chairs, and a toilet.
There will be a staircase on this floor to access the rooms. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom and on the upper floor there are 2 other bedrooms that also share 1 bathroom.
In the outdoor area, we have a large garden overlooking the mountains and a gourmet area that is up the stairs at the bottom of the garage. This space adds a barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove.
If you need to work from home, we have WI-FI.
The garage is inside the property and holds up to 4 cars parked in a row.
Guests will have access to the entire area of the property, with the exception of the housekeeper’s house and a small dining room where personal belongings are kept (attached to the main dining room).
There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
Our house is just a few minutes downhill from the famous gastronomic center of Capivari. Ideal for a family outing, this European-influenced neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and chocolate shops, as well as hosting various cultural performances in the well-known acoustic shell of the square.
As we are close to the center, it is possible to do many things on foot with tranquility and safety. As it is a mountainous region, for more distant trips, it is recommended to use a car.
