On the first floor of the Villa New Vintage, you will find the beautiful modern kitchen with all necessities you may need, a comfy living area, and one bedroom. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This outdoor area with the heated pool (50m2) , garden, furniture, dining area, summer kitchen and BBQ is a great place to socialize with your loved ones. There is a fee for the heating of the pool in the off-season (01.10.-01.06.) of 250€ for a week.
