Villa is a 4-bedroom villa with private pool, in the Quadradinhos area of Vale Do Lobo - 15-minute walk from the famous Praça. The comfortably furnished two-storey villa is close to the popular Paixa restaurant, and within a short walk of the nearest supermarket and the medical centre.
The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with only the master suite upstairs on the first floor. There’s a cosy lounge dining room with plenty of comfortable sofas as well as dining facilities for 8 people, there’s plenty of natural light in here thanks to two sets of patio doors which lead to the covered dining terrace, pool and garden. The traditional country-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials of a modern kitchen. There are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) on the ground floor.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
