Villa is a beautiful villa in a perfect location - situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and offers spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard, and outside the expansive and private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
As you enter the villa, you will find the open plan living room, dining and kitchen area, surrounded by patio doors leading out to the large covered patio area at the front. The furniture and décor is contemporary and stylish, the living room offers a comfortable seating area and widescreen TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.
One of the five bedrooms can be found on this floor with a double bed as well as a separate shower and WC.
Upstairs, the villa has a further 3 bedroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading to the large balcony with a seating area and stunning sea views. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds. The family bathroom can be found on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC

Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long, lazy, summer days sunbathing. There is an outside seating area that overlooks the pool and is ideal for evening dining if you want to stay hoe and light the BBQ

An extra luxury of this villa is the independently accessed annex next to the main house. The annex has an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and widescreen TV. Up the winding staircase, there is the added bonus of an ‘attic room’ that has three single beds and seating area.
