Ambar is a beautiful quality two storey villa situated within walking distance to all the resorts amenities. The pool is surrounded by well-kept gardens and volcanic stone walls offering privacy.
Modern in style with a contemporary feel, the villa is comfortable, bright, with all the modern conveniences you will need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms is included in the price.
There is a separate kitchen, which is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. The living room is a bright comfortable air-conditioned open plan lounge with sofas, satellite TV, DVD, dining table and patio doors to pool area.
The villa has one master double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and are air conditioned.
Well-kept gardens surround the medium-sized private pool. The outside is equipped with sunbeds, a barbeque and patio furniture; perfect for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing.
This is a peaceful villa residential area within easy walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto del Carmen. The winding lanes and detached properties are separated by volcanic stone walls which give you the impression that you are in a rural location. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The old town harbour is better known for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main Avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, and designer goods.
The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Pool towels are supplied.
