This spacious 5-bedroom villa is located close to the village of Porches en Alporchinhos and the popular resort of Armação de Pêra with good restaurants and a long sandy beach with a lovely promenade to stroll along while enjoying an ice cream. It’s also just a short drive from the quieter and more atmospheric resort of Praia do Carvoeiro. The villa is located on a small cul-de-sac with only 3 villas. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet a short distance from the main facilities.
The round shaped swimming pool (heat-able) is equipped with 10 sun loungers. There is a lovely canopy by the pool, perfect for sheltering from the hot sun. On the side of the kitchen there is a large pergola so that you can sit in the shade while eating. This includes a BBQ, tables and chairs and a small bar with a fridge. It is the ideal place for delicious outdoor meals and long lingering dining.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
