Located on the northern coast of Ilhabela, after Pacuíba Beach, our beautiful bungalow villa is the right place for incredible days with family and friends in the midst of nature.
Attention on energy usage: Our house is in the middle of the national park and we are off the electric grid. The generator and solar system do not have the same capabilities as an electrical system and we must follow the rules regarding energy consumption. Please see more information on "Rules".
The place is extremely quiet, safe and surrounded by greenery. Even before arriving at the garage, visitors will be able to enjoy a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean, in addition to the mountains and lots of native forest.
After parking, it is necessary to go down some stone steps that surround the house and you will find a waterfall that feeds a koi pond.
There are a total of 4 bungalows that together hold up to 14 people. Each of them consists of a bedroom with a sitting area, bathroom, kitchenette, all with ceiling fans, mosquito nets and each with a private deck. Two of them have hot tubs on the deck and one of them even has a fireplace.

In this same space, we have a large deck with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, as well as sun loungers. The ocean view is breathtaking and breathtaking.
The house continues below the main level: on one side is a games room with a pool table and foosball and we also have a sauna.
A few steps away, we also have a fishing deck, water sports, embarkation and disembarkation deck and a ladder that gives access to the coastal rocks, where a stainless steel ladder allows swimming in the sea.

The property is accessed through an entrance on Avenida Perimetral Norte, already on a dirt road. Passing by the guardhouse, our guests will follow a paved path of 700 meters in the Atlantic Forest, following the course of a river, until arriving at the house.
Being on the coast, the place has many stairs. Therefore, it has no accessibility and therefore is not suitable for those with reduced mobility.
There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location and concierge service.
Pacuíba Beach is considered by many to be a hidden treasure of Ilhabela. Small and a little far from the road (which in this stretch is dirt), it has a lawn and the shade of several “Beach Hat” trees, which do not require the use of an umbrella.
The narrow strip of sand with many beaches disappears at high tide, and the waves wash over the beach when the wind is strong. But, at low tide, it provides a beautiful setting – outside or in the water, as it is also a diving point for its transparent waters.
Ilhabela is located on the north coast and is famous for its beautiful beaches, waterfalls and landscapes. It is the ideal place for lovers of boating, outdoor sports and outdoor activities in nature.
The house is further away from the center of Ilhabela, making it ideal for transport by car.
For those who want a route on the north side of the island, the suggestion is to go to the end of the road, passing through the village and beaches such as Sino and Armação. Arriving at Pacuíba (signposted).
