What do beautiful white sand beaches, rocket launches and sea turtles have in common…Cape Winds 104. We are excited to share our little slice of paradise on the Space Coast with you and your family and friends. When you step out of our patio on to the lawn choose if you feel like a stroll down the beach or lounging by the pool. Catch a beautiful sunrise sipping coffee on the patio or share another seafood dinner at one of the many local restaurants. We know you will fall in love and come back soon.
There is plenty to do around the building - swim in the pool, lounge in the hot tub, play tennis or basketball, relax in the sauna - or just hang out on the patio or beach! If you want to venture off the property, you are very close to the Pier (1.3 miles), Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, restaurants, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, loads of kids activities and much more!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
