Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. This six-bedroom, three-bathroom home has three Cal-King beds, one queen bed, and two children’s rooms with Full over Full bunk beds. Beautiful scraped hardwood floors run throughout the house.
The Cal-King Master bedroom with upgraded on-suite: Marble countertops, travertine tile floor, and a custom tile-designed shower. The Queen bedroom and a Cal-King Bedroom shared a Jack ’N Jill bathroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom has an upgrade marble countertop, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The last Cal-King Master bedroom and two children’s rooms share the final Jack n’ Jill bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have 47’ LCD tv with basic cable tv.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No Smoking Quiet Time Hours: 10 pm - 9 am
- No going over the Max Occupancy at anytime
- No outside music, screaming, or yelling
- No street parking - Parking is only permitted in our driveway or approved space
