Villa occupies a stunning location - right on the promenade to Dalmatia’s best beach - Zlatni Rat, in the beautiful resort of Bol, on the island of Brac. The Villa is only 5 meters from the sea and pebble beach and 150m from the resort centre.
Villa is a modern, fully renovated villa located on the sea front. Within its 200 m² it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and is suitable accommodation for 8 - 10 people. On the ground floor is a spacious comfortably furnished living room with two sofas that can serve as an extra bed for 2 people. From here there is an entrance to the large and spacious terrace. In this part you will find nicely decorated and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a separate toilet and utility. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with private bathrooms and magnificent sea view. On this floor there is also an additional bathroom. The whole villa is furnished in a classic design and has very elegant and harmonious interior. Exterior of Villa Zlatni Rat consists of a green garden with pine and oleander trees that blossom throughout the summer. Here you will also find the large oval swimming pool (7m x 4m) with a stone plateau. To accompany the relaxing atmosphere by the pool is an outdoor shower as well as a number of pieces of cozy garden furniture.
Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac.
