Our 5,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath, custom home is situated in the exclusive gated Castle Rock neighborhood only 4 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 24 miles from historic downtown Durango. The home is the very last home in the neighborhood and sits on 5 acres and backs up to 1000s of acres of National Forest offering unparalleled privacy and seclusion - yet close proximity to the abundant activities that Durango offers.
The brand new home has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with a private hot tub, theatre, game room, multiple covered decks with the main deck having awesome views, gas fire pit and an outdoor dining table that seats 12. Of course, the typical amenities such as BBQ Grill, WIFI, washer/dryer, 2 car garage are also included. The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds of around 100mbs and there are TVs in each King Bedroom.
