The home is listed for sale and showings may be scheduled during your stay. There are only occasional showings. If you do not want to allow showings, then please do not book this property. We will apply a $100 discount per showing, if we need to show the home during your stay. Note: There are 2 parking spaces in the garage and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. There are an unlimited number of additional parking spots right across the road in the ski parking lot. Our 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath, 2,900 square foot townhome (Alpenglow Unit 8) is the only 6 bedroom property at Purgatory Ski Resort and is everything you would expect from a luxury townhome. The townhome features multiple living spaces including, a main living space as well as a loft with Air Hockey and the 6th bedroom (Bunk Bed Room) also serves as a living space as it has a sitting area with a TV and Shuffleboard. The home is ideal for multiple families as each bedroom has an attached bathroom and the bedrooms are spread over 3 floors. There are decks with sitting areas off the both main living space and the Master Bedroom and both the main livings space and master bedroom feature gas fireplaces. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and includes a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax and gather. The brand new private hot tub is located off the Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor. Access to Lift 7 is less then a 1 minute walk from the front door of the townhome. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. This townhome has an ideal location for both recreation and an unparalleled setting for mountain relaxation. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.
