**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking ** Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, mountain home overlooks Historic Downtown Creede and the majestic views of the steep and craggy cliffs, downtown and surrounding San Juan Mountains. Whether you’re looking to ski, mountain bike, hike, fly fish, attend the award-winning Creede Repertory Theatre, or simply enjoy time with your family and friends, this intown cabin is the perfect get away. Bed Configuration: 1st Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Bottom Floor) 4th Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (Bottom Floor - Nook) While at the Aspen Grove, take advantage of the spacious deck, enjoy a BBQ outside, drink coffee by the cozy indoor fireplace, or walk into town and visit the local restaurants, art galleries and shops. Enjoy an evening under the stars from the wrap around deck while admiring the Creede Cliffs. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Years and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
