Please review and follow the Pet Policy. Please pick-up after your dog throughout your stay to not incur extra clean-up fees. Although you may not want to leave all of the comforts of this amazing home; you will be right in the heart of everything! During the Summer enjoy Music in the Park located just a few blocks behind the home in Ouray’s Fellin Park where kiddos will enjoy the play equipment or throwing a frisbee. Take a walk to any of the amazing local restaurants and shops or hop on the perimeter trail for a beautiful day of hiking. The Ouray Hot Springs is just a few blocks away where visitors enjoy amazing views any time of year while relaxing in the mineral-rich water. In the winter, Ouray boasts some of the best ice climbing, great snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or take the drive over to beautiful Telluride for a full day! Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
