Located in a gated residential complex, the modern apartment on the fourth floor is designed for maximum fun, comfort and pleasure. Guests have access to two communal swimming pools, a pool bar serving drinks and snacks and a well-maintained tropical garden. Children will surely love the apartment because the complex has a children’s pool and a play area with direct access to the beach. It is also suitable for specially-abled guests as the complex is wheelchair-friendly.
The air-conditioned apartment has a south-facing terrace with an outdoor dining facility that can be accessed from the living room and is perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The living area is divided into a sitting area and dining space. It is always pleasant and fresh here. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge.

The apartment is located on the seashore and is thus, perfect for those who love the sea and its beaches. The nearest beach, restaurant and shops are only a few steps from here. But beyond beaches, Malaga is a thriving historical city and one of the best places to understand the culture and history of Spain. It has a Moorish Fortress, ruins of a Roman theatre, a 150-year old cathedral, a hilltop fortress with lookout towers and museums. The artist in you will love visiting Casa Natal on Plaza de la Merced where Pablo Picasso was born. There is a small collection of his artwork here. It is worth visiting Ataranzas Market too to get the real flavour of this coastal town. Malaga is also a city of great food, events and festivals, and of course, golf courses.
