Valle View is at the top of a privately maintained gravel road with level parking. The mountainous road is uphill, curvy, and mostly one lane, so 4WD and tire chains are essential during winter and inclement weather. Without this, you will likely not be able to access or depart safely from the property.
Valle View, perched at the top of a quiet ridge in Valle Crucis with a handful of other cabins spread out to offer elbow room and some privacy, delivers delightful long-range layered mountain views. The property has a level front and side yard with lots of room to play, a wood-burning fire pit with cherry log stools, and a small fenced-in side yard, nice for guests with a dog. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
