Perfect for multiple families, group retreats, or special events, this spacious and comfortable home offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. Nestled on the shores of Table Rock Lake in the Branson Cove development, Westview is the kind of place that’s hard to leave.
The house itself can comfortably sleep 36 and has a hot tub, play station 4, TV’s, arcade games, shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. Guests are free to use the indoor and outdoor pool, playground, pickleball courts and firepit.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
