The 2-bedroom flat that comfortably sleeps 4 people is situated between Youth Hill and Bunardzhika, in a communicative area, a 20 min walk to the city centre. This fully serviced apartment has 2 private bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, nice terrace and spacious living room. Strong WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Property Manager’s standards • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. • You will be asked to sign an online rental contract prior to your arrival. • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction. • SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN!
