The Home

Incredible estate home. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, two dining rooms, and two family rooms.

Three master Cal-King bedrooms, two of which have en-suites. Two children’s rooms with full-over-full bunk beds with a shared hallway bathroom. The bathrooms are custom designed with marble countertops, raised paneled cabinetry, and travertine/marble tile inlays in the showers. All bedrooms have upgraded carpet and travertine and hardwoods throughout common areas. 

Large, open-concept kitchen with dining and family room. A spacious kitchen provides plenty of space for prepping and cooking on granite countertops. Upgraded custom cabinetry with travertine tile backsplash and flooring. Stainless steel appliances (stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. Sectional has a sleeper sofa bed.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • No Smoking & No Pets
  • No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time.
  • No going over the Max Occupancy of 20 persons on the premises at anytime
  • No outside music, screaming or excessive yelling
  • No gatherings/events are allow at the home
  • No street parking - Parking is only permitted in our driveway for 5 cars.
