This listing is for the ground-floor portion of a larger home which enjoys a park-like setting on a grassy, tree-lined, gated property. You’ll enter by way of a covered patio that wraps around the house, offering a gas grill and fire table, plentiful seating for dining and lounging, and a mini-ping-pong table for nightly tournaments.
The interior is full of places to sit, relax, and unwind, whether you’re curling up on the living room sofas, gathering to dine in the main living space or the eat-in kitchen. When it comes to entertainment, there’s a stash of board games and kids’ books and toys in the playroom just off the kitchen.
Additional amenities include two full bathrooms attached to the two bedrooms.

No fires are allowed (except for the the gas fire table on the west patio and the gas grill on the south patio).
