Inside, 2,474 square feet of stylish living space features large windows and soaring ceilings. Family-friendly items include board games. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with upscale stainless steel appliances like a five-burner gas range and French-door fridge. A large kitchen island provides plenty of prep space, while an enormous pantry includes an additional sink, wine fridge, and coffee maker. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, outfitted with a reading nook, desk, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a large steam shower and separate soaking tub. The occupancy rules for Paso Robles clearly state there should be no more than 10 people during the day. There is a fourth bedroom in this home that is not accessible or available to guests with its own separate entry as the owner occupies this room. Due to its separate entryway, the owner will not enter the rest of the property, nor will it present any disruption to guests. Guests still have a private entrance to the home and have access to the entire home besides this one room that will remain off-limits at all times. This home uses a tankless water heater, and it could take up to five minutes to heat the primary bathroom since it’s farthest away.
