After a day full of activities, nothing better than a relaxing swim in the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3.5 and has a depth between 1.5 and 1.7 meters. The surrounding garden is perfect for sunbathing on sunbeds. Then, the porch next to the house is your meeting place to share a delicious barbecue or a drink watching the wonderful sunset over the island. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The interior of the two-story house surprises with its modern and bright style. The living room, dining room and kitchen occupy the same practical and functional space where you can watch satellite TV, enjoy family meals and cook on the ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
