After a great beach day, nothing better than a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool that measures 7 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1 x 1.70 meters, where you can also sunbathe on any of the 5 available sun loungers. Later and next to the house, you can taste delicious barbecues under the vineyard or at the poche. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
Upon entering this rustic and cosy country house you find a large living-dining room with kitchen equipped with AC and satellite TV. Here, you can rest, enjoy your meals together and cook on the gas cooktop. The house offers two bedrooms to rest at night, both equipped with AC and wardrobe. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
