Wonderful house for 8 guests, with garden and private pool, at only 600 meters from Sa Coma beach.
This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to get relaxed.
Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
