Maiden Voyage will have a brand new pool and splash pad for 2022! New decks and railings, too, so get ready to go for your group’s next beach vacation. Maiden Voyage also offers easy access to the beach, four nicely appointed bedrooms, and an enclosed sun porch. The upper level is decorated with a beachy tropical feel, and the open great room/kitchen area is perfect for spending quality time with the people you love. Relax and watch a great movie on the large TV. There is plenty of counter and storage space, plus counter seating and a dining table to accommodate your dinner guests. A bright and cheery enclosed glass sun porch is located on the south side of the house, along with a doorway to the deck where you can catch the sun and the beautiful ocean breezes. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
