This home is situated in the lakefront town of Harbert and is only four miles from Warren Dunes State Park. The location is simply perfect - you will be 0.8 of a mile from Harbert Road Beach and one and a half miles from Cherry Beach owners have deeded access to this beach, however, a provided parking permit is required. One of the key features of this dreamy retreat is the big grassy lawn with an above-ground heated pool with a nice built-in deck and a children’s playground. Create everlasting memories playing in the playground with your kids, sunbathing by the pool, or barbecuing patties and veggies with your loved ones thanks to the gas grill on-site. A private hot tub is perfect for relaxing evenings. The home’s first floor features an open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The living room is colorful and well-appointed with an inviting L-shaped sofa in front of a smart TV with streaming services Netflix and HBO. There is no need to miss your favorite series and shows now! The chef of the group will have a blast cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances throughout. Are there any coffee enthusiasts We have a Nespresso machine for you! The adjoining dining room has gorgeous wooden table seating, while the breakfast bar provides additional dining space. Both bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom with a stackable washerdryer. The second floor offers two more bedrooms one of them equipped with a convenient desk and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. If guests desire a bit more privacy, there is a white block pool house with a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The furniture inside is perfect for lounging after a refreshing swim, not to mention there is a refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The pool house is only closed during the colder months of the year. Though the main house has central air-conditioning and heating, the pool house does not though it does have a ceiling fan. The pool house hot water thermostat only supports two showers at a time and takes a little time to reheat. The pool is 12 feet by 20 feet. The pool will close on October 15th, 2022, and reopen on May 4th, 2023. Childrens games and toys are available. No parties, no events, and no gatherings. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. - please respect the neighbors. Netflix and HBO streaming services are available using guests’ own accounts. This house has train tracks behind it - please note that there will be trains passing by at times. Cars are necessary to reach the home. There is no public transportation Uber and Lyft are spotty at best. This property is managed by Property Manager Michigan LLC.
