Welcome to this charming villa, situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Llubi. It accomodates up to 9 people. The exteriors are very nice, with large gardens, fruit trees, variety of plants,, a salt water pool of 10 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.20 to 1.90 m, a fully equipped porch, terrace, barbecue and beautiful views. There is a chicken coop from where you can take the eggs. The house of 220 m2 is distributed over two floors. The living room is very cozy and welcoming. It features two sofas, a TV, a dining table with chairs, wood stove and air conditioning. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, is fully equipped so you can prepare exquisite dishes during your stay. The house has 5 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed, and four on the 1st floor; one with a single bed and 3 with double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub. The four double rooms have air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor, and one with whirlpool on the 1st floor. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is gasoil central heating in the house. The center of Llubi is only 800 meters from the house and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Llubi invites you to enjoy a very central part of the island. In just 20 minutes drive, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with its soft white sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. You can enjoy a multitude of water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In Port of Alcudia you can also find the marina, with mix of large, luxury yachts and a colorful local fishing boats. There is also the wonderful promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach, and find nice cafes and outdoor restaurants, also right on the sand.
