In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of fulltime residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. This home is located in a 55 adult community. At least one of the guests needs to be age 55 or older. Only two people can be on the tenant registration form. These two people can have guests Additional guestsnot on leasecan stay up to two weeks not up to the 30day minimum stay. All the amenities of Pebble Creek are available for no extra cost for two renters. Additional guests can use the facilities for 5 a day.
