Villa Verania

<p>Contemporary design and fixtures and fittings provide a holiday home of high quality here at Villa Verania. The villa has private access from the road with parking for one vehicle within the grounds. From the parking area 5-6 steps lead up to the entrance. To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and kitchen area. The kitchen is of a modern design and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The villa has free Wifi throughout. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing "al fresco". From here further terraces surround the private pool where there are lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the 1st floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom.<br /> <br /> As we know, location is everything and Villa Verania is less than a10 minute walk to the sea of the famous Burriana Beach, Carabeo Beach as well as only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Nerja.<br /> <br /> Nerja is a beautiful, typical Andalusian town with white washed streets, a lively shopping area and includes the famous stunning viewpoint ?Balcon de Europa?<br /> The local caves ? Cueva de Nerja ? and the neighbouring hillside ?Pueblo Blanco?, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Not forgetting that the Costa del Sol is famous for its grand offering of golf courses should that take your fancy.</p>
