<p>This traditional Spanish-style property is located in the San Juan residential area just outside Nerja town. Classed as one of our large villas, the spacious property boasts quality furnishings and stunning sea views from two of the five bedrooms. Once inside, double doors lead into the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a feature fireplace and stone effect wall, and a dining table, chairs and patio doors leading to the pool terrace are on one side. The fully equipped kitchen is off the hall, featuring a table with chairs and all the mod cons needed to whip up a family meal. The five bedrooms are all on the first floor, including the standout double master ensuite that has access to a terrace overlooking the pool.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
