<p>Just a stone’s throw from the gorgeous beach at Kiotari, Villa Kiotari Erato is perfect for a relaxing beachside holiday (the owners have even provided sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests on the beach). One of just four villas in this small complex, Villa Kiotari Erato also offers fabulous sea views, a lovely garden with a lawn area (and a children’s play area) as well as its’ own private pool with a stunning waterfall feature.</p>
<p>The villa’s interior is spread over three floors with the living area in the heart of the house. Modern and bright but with that “home from home” feeling. The open sea views just get better the higher you go so the Master bedroom on the top floor offers a balcony looking over the private pool and garden with a panorama out to sea. Villa Kiotari Erato would work ideally for a family or a group of friends.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
