<p>Dream Villa is a stunning villa that has been furnished by the owner to give Solmar guests an exceptional villa holiday experience. This four bedroom and five bathroom villa is air conditioned throughout and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large island is open planned to the spacious living area with a large flat screen TV with a Netflix account and games console. The dining table here also converts to a Pool Table for additional family entertainment. Patio doors lead you to your outside living area with a large pergola and corner rattan sofa with a table tennis to entertain all the family. The bespoke free form swimming pool is the highlight of this villa, roman steps lead you in and the swimming pool has a water feature and wraps around the side of the villa which also boasts a sunken hot tub to the side. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
