This one-bedroom condo is snug against the base of the ski hill, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience with stunning views of the valley.
Guests enter this home on the ground level of the Etta Place One complex. Upon entering the condo, guests are welcomed into an open living room with a queen sofa sleeper, flatscreen TV. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has everything needed to make a complete meal.
The bedroom is located down the hallway and has a queen bed. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large step-in shower with a glass enclosure and a spacious vanity.
From the Etta Place complex, you can easily walk to historic downtown Telluride, just five blocks away. Access to the trails on the Valley Floor and skiing/snowboarding via Lift #7 are right out your door.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
