This beautiful chalet is ideally suited for couples and friends. This self-contained chalet is fully equipped and sleeps up to 6, comprising of three separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The main bathroom also contains a hydro spa. The chalet has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and fine furnishings, including a baby grand piano. A traditional log fire and outdoor fire pit in the alfresco area adds to the ambiance of the property during the cooler months (please note there are strict fire bans from October- April). The spacious veranda opening from the main living area offers spectacular views of the property and provides a unique setting for relaxing and experiencing the beauty of the South West. This makes the chalet perfect for entertaining throughout the year. The chalet is in the heart of the Margaret River wine region, with Wilyabrup often referred to as ‘The Golden Triangle’. Enjoy summer evenings dining on the deck by the dam, BBQ up a feast or relax around the fire pit with friends and family. In winter, stoke up the fire, crack open an award-winning Margaret River Red and cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen. This unique chalet is ideal for those looking to recline and relax, or those keen to venture out and experience the food, wine, sights, and turquoise beaches of the South West region. It is all at your doorstep! The local coast is lined with pristine beaches and popular surf breaks. Moses Rock, ideal for Surfing and Fishing is just a 5-minute drive and gives easy access to the Cape to Cape walking track. Also, located within walking distance to a number of  venues (Black Brewing (650m), Cherubino (1.2 km), Frui Momento (900m), storm flower (1.1 km) and for the more adventurous Domain Naturalise (3km), Carpe Diem (3.3km) and Bootleg Brewery (5km). With Yallingup beach to the North (15 mins), Gracetown (10 mins) to the South, Prevelly and Margaret River (both 24 mins) to the South, and a whole host of other sights in between you’re sure to find the perfect way to spend your holiday. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please note that this property has unfenced access to deep water. Linen: All bed linen and towels are supplied with this property along with a small starter pack of essential items. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property. Please note there are external security cameras at this house for security purposes. The security cameras are external only and not inside the house.
