Just a short walk from the beach, this lovely beach home has room for everyone to come hang out/ Recline together under the house in the dedicated deck space, full of comfortable seating for hangouts and barbecues. There’s even a hanging swing! But sunbathers can find a space to chill on the extensive upper deck, accessible via a staircase on the side of the house. Partial ocean views will remind you of just how close you are to the shore. When you’re finally ready to cool off, rinse off the beach sand and come inside to enjoy central air conditioning. The spacious common area features a desk workspace for remote workers. and the open kitchen directly connects to the living room and dining area. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
