Inside this authentic circa-1916 CSX caboose, train enthusiasts will discover an original railroad-charm-meets-luxury mountain retreat. Greeted by your very own ticket booth, you will climb aboard your very own "Traincation" retreat! The caboose is seamlessly connected to a replica Euro-inspired train depot that houses the main suite, which features a hand-carved bed, dual closets, a smart TV, and direct access to a spa deck. The home is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, within one mile of Dollywood, two blocks from a mountain coaster, and within a mile and a half of top attractions such as Dolly’s Stampede, the Island Pigeon Forge, and the Old Mill District. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
