Located in a secluded lot surrounded by beautiful nature and only two miles from the LaPine State Park, this family-friendly two-story home is calling your name! Enjoy all of your meals alfresco at the outdoor dining area on your private patio - there is a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues as well. Inside, the cozy living area will be waiting for you with a Roku smart TV and comfortable sofas for everyone. The adjoining kitchen is complete with a center prep island with seating for two and major appliances that include a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are beautiful wooden cabinets, providing that unique rustic touch, and the nearby dining area seats up to six people comfortably. The first floor also hosts a half bathroomlaundry room with a washerdryer combo. Upstairs, guests will find three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has another TV with plenty of DVDs, and an en suite bathroom with a tubshower combo. There are multiple board games and a large backyard for the kids, and guests will love bringing their bikes along for those long rides through LaPine State Park.
